Group Coaching: (registration for 1Q25 opens 1/1/25)

There are two levels of group coaching available:

Level 1 Group Coaching is intended for POWS/Homestudy students who have been doing the work (and are considering taking FastTrack), as well as FastTrack students. Tuition is $600.

Level 2 is intended for those who are currently attending FastTrack and are consistently putting in the effort to study charts. Level 2 will discuss mindset required for trading as well as discuss some “art” trades - these trades require experience to understand. Tuition is $1,200.

Level 1:

The Level 1 Group Coaching is intended for POWS/Homestudy students who have been doing the work (and are considering taking FastTrack), as well as FT students. Tuition is $600.

Coaching will be offered quarterly and will meet once/month for three months (three sessions). Scheduled dates are the following Saturdays, January thru March 2025; Registration will open on January 1st 2025

January 18, 2025;

February 15;

March 15.

from 10am to 1:30pm pacific.  With questions from attendees, don’t be surprised if it lasts until at least 2pm, and sometimes longer.

Format is similar to Lam's FastTrack webinar;  We will review current market/sector charts; address general questions from the POWS class; and analyze student trades.

We will review submitted trades that did not work so as to identify what was overlooked;  and/or We will review some historical "text-book" trades, based on POWS instructions.

This will push you to a FastTrack level of analysis; If you're newer to POWS, don’t let that intimidate you.  Think of it like tennis: If you want to improve, you have to be on the court with people who are better than you.  The intent is to help pull you forward, however, it is *you* that has to do the work.

We start w/ the foundation of a proper entry and build from there.

POWS students get confused as to what constitutes a good trade set-up.  We'll spend time breaking down the various charting components and describing what the indicators & components should look like for a trade.  The bulk of time is spent pointing out traits/characteristics of a good trade set-up.  Your homework will then be to go find dozens of similar looking historical set-ups.  The objective is to train your eyes and mind to recognize “the set-up that makes you sit up.”  The intent is for you to be more efficient with your homework and, if desired, to bridge you to FT.

Some of it you will understand; and some of it you may not yet understand. Either way, you should takes notes on everything that is said.  You are not expected to absorb all of it, but you are expected to write all of it.  You will be reviewing your notes many, many times as you continue your study in the months and years ahead.  Our intent is to go at an accelerated pows rate;   *your*  intent should be to capture what is said.

If you are a first-time FT attendee  (or a pows student who is putting in the work), Level 1 Coaching likely makes the most sense. The reason is the huge amount of material that gets dropped in your lap during FT that you are trying to digest.  Adding Level 2 Coaching material at this stage of your development might be too much for some to digest.  You'll need to exercise your judgement.

Level 2:

Level 2 is intended for those students who are currently enrolled in FastTrack and have been consistently putting in the effort to study charts. Tuition is $1,200.

This is for the serious trader. We’ll discuss the mental aspects of being a successful trader (95% how to think) as well as advanced trading techniques covered in FT. Most newer traders behave as if “knowing and getting more info on how to analyze charts” will allow them to succeed. This could NOT be further from the truth.

In POWS/FastTrack, we all have the same teachers/manuals/instructions/webinars. Why does one person reach freedom, yet the person sitting next to them does not? BMW claims to be the ultimate driving machine; the reality is that the car can only perform as well as the driver is trained. Similarly, the “trading machine” of pows is only as good as the mental operating system of the student that is driving.

Similar to Level 1, we will review current market/sector charts; and analyze student trades. In reviewing historical “text book” trades, we may be showing “art” trades which may include aggressive intraday trades, naked trading, and multi-leg strategies.

Level 2 Coaching will be offered quarterly and will meet twice/month for three months (a total of six sessions, which includes three Level 1 sessions). Scheduled dates are the following Saturdays from January thru March 2025. Registration will open on January 1st 2025

March 15 (Level 1);

from 10am to 1:30pm pacific.  With questions from attendees, don’t be surprised if it lasts until at least 2pm, and sometimes longer.

Remember - poor planning on your part does not create an emergency on my part.

Frequently Asked Questions

I finished POWS very recently; should I take Level 1 coaching immediately? I would advise against it. I believe you’ll be better off if you first spend a couple of months, on your own, working through the materials. The odds are very high that you WILL struggle aaand you WILL get frustrated - that’s normal. Once you have some paper trading experience under your belt, the coaching will be more relevant. Imagine going to a racecar driving school. There are two attendees: a newly licensed 16 yr old, and someone with a few years of driving experience. The person with driving experience will understand the subtleties that the driving instructor is trying to convey; the 16yr old will not; the reason is simply due to a lack of time behind the wheel.

I’ve attended FastTrack in the past but am not attending this year. Can I attend Level 2? Nope. Level 2 is designed to supplement the current FastTrack sessions, it’s not a replacement.

But but but, I’ve heard the mindset content in FastTrack, I just want more chart time… Wants and needs are different, grasshopper. You must never forget that 95% of this is how to think…

Will this be recorded? Nope. Recording is not allowed.

Something came up in my schedule and I have to miss a session. Can I just sit through that one session next quarter? Nope; that will create a bookkeeping headache. Figure out your priorities. Sports teams don’t replay the game simply because you chose to be somewhere else on game day.

I’ve attended a Group Coaching already, will the next one be a repeat of a prior coaching session? Not at all. The market/sector environment are different; seasonality is different; the trades being analyzed are different; your personal level of development is different.

How long do I have access to the course? This is NOT a course; this is a live webinar. The duration of the coaching is 3 months.

I am not yet a POWS/Homestudy student; you’ve mentioned a 3hour video of a prior coaching session. Can I watch that before I decide to purchase POWS/Homestudy? Nope. It won’t make sense to you without having learned the basics. Start with the homestudy; you’ve got 90 days to review it - if you don’t think it’s worthwhile, send it back and we’ll refund you - there’s ZERO risk for you. Once you’ve spent some time with the pows/homestudy materials, the 3hr coaching video will be sent to you automatically.
