More Americans are waking up to the realization that they need to know how to have their money make money. Unfortunately, this is not taught in school. However, that does not mean that it can not be learned.  It is important to keep one thing in mind. The so-called "experts" that work in the financial services industry probably went to the same schools that you did, which means that they probably did not learn it in school
either.  However, they did learn it somewhere...and so can you.

Assuming you live long enough, there will come a time in your life that you will be "living off your investments". If you know it is going to occur in the future, it would be wise to learn "how" before that point in time arrives. It is much easier to learn "how" when the pressure of "need" is not there. Once you learn how, it then becomes your choice (not your employer's choice) as to when you decide that you will no longer be working.

“That” is the ultimate freedom. 

If “that” is something that you want – then this class may be for you.

Who teaches it?

There is one instructor, and he designed the workshop. He worked in corporate America for nearly 20 years in sales, and learned the stock market at night and on weekends.

After years of attending seminars; reading dozens and dozens and dozens of books; lots of trial & error; blood, sweat, and tears, the instructor was able to "retire early" in 2002, at age 40, and rely on his trading skills to make a living.

Since then, many friends, former clients, and former co-workers have asked him to either manage their money or teach them how to trade. As a result, the instructor developed this workshop to teach the methods he uses to make his living.

Over the past 7 years, in addition to trading his own funds, he has guided, coached, taught, and mentored many people. These former students tell others about it, and that's how the word is being spread.

Thoughts on Retiring Early

In Robert Kiyosaki’s book, “The Cash Flow Quadrant”, he discusses four potential sources of income that are available to people. In actuality, there are five:

  1. Wage Earner – you have a job; get paid $x per month; exchange your time for money
  2. Welfare Recipient – $ received from a pension, Social Security, or charity;
  3. Self-Employed – you own a job; get paid $x per project; exchange your time for money
  4. Business Owner – you own a business; you get paid for Other People’s Time (OPT)
  5. Investor – your money makes money; get paid for using Other People’s Money (OPM)

 

To determine if the Profits on Wall Street class is for you:
Using your current total annual earnings (from all 5 sources), determine what percentage of your earnings comes from each of the 5 sources.

For example –

 

Next, think about:

What do you want your percentages to be at retirement?
What must those percentages be if you want to retire “early”?
What must those percentages be if you were to suddenly be unemployed?

 

Then, ask yourself, “If I change nothing, continuing on my current financial path until the day I retire, will that plan yield enough income at retirement?” It is a simple, yes or no, question. You should not have to think about it. If you are honest with yourself, you can answer that question without any hesitation.
